I found this in my hometown paper. It does say he is going to sign so he has not signed yet, but it sure sounds like it is legit. I actually played against him when he was a freshman in high school. He is a speedy WR that was very good for South Dakota State University. As you can see, it is a fairly big deal for someone from SD to even be in the NFL with only a few good players from the state in the league. Maybe he will show something but I'm not excepting anything big.
