Did you see the Monday Night Football game? We did. Why didn't our starters play? Because there was that game that night, Tampa Bay Friday, and then the Giants next Thursday; 3 games in 10 days,. So what does this all mean? Well, it looks like this will be the game where the Pats 1's get a lot of time in.

The joint practices should be good even if Rutgers does dominate the field. There are some important things to keep an eye on, like whether or not Crimson Tide defenders Mark Barron(S) and Dont'a Hightower(LB) will still hug each other after blasting the daylights out of the other's teammates.

One thing us Pats fans will keep an eye on is the Devin McCourty vs. Vincent Jackson battle. In Week 2 last year, a major-slump year for McCourty, Jackson owned him.
