The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been trying to immerse their fanbase in the Schiano Discipline. As a follow up to their "Join the Fight" media blitz, the Bucs have given their season ticket holders a sneak preview of their new campaign - A New Day Rising.

Following the demise of championship teams, the loss of founding players of the championship squad, the perceived cheapness of the ownership group and the dismissal of coaches - the Bucs have seen their once massive fanbase dwindle. In response, the Bucs have been trying to build confidence and pride in the new administration. A New Day Rising appears to be their second attempt to court a skeptical fanbase back into the fold.

In the video, you see Schiano (channeling his inner-Gruden) driving in the wee hours of the morning before most in One Buc Palace. You get to see Schiano on the field, teaching his men the Buccaneer Way. You see the Bucs players working hard in their massive weight room.

All punctuated by a driving soundtrack that just has to get you ready to hit somebody.

Enjoy!
