When I first heard about the hire of Greg Schiano, the first thing that came to my head was that this guy can't even win in the big east ( atleast not without anybody named Ray Rice). How can we expect him to win in the NFC South or the NFL for that matter. Over the last few months coach Schiano has humbled me. Over this last weekend especially. Out of the seven people we used our draft picks on, you hear the same charecteristics popping up in all of them. Great leaders, great charecter, great work ethic, and they all have a great passion for the game. The fact is that the NFL is a business. Are'nt these all the qualitys you want your employees to have, if you are trying to run a successful business? The players that he is bringing in has shown me a glimpse of the type of team and organization he wants us to be. He wants to bring structure, discipline, accountabilaty, toughness, and togetherness to our franchise. I really respect and appriciate the direction he is taking us in. Even though Schiano has not coached a single game for us, I can already see that he is exactly the kind of person I want as our leader. One of the mistakes I seem to continue to make as a person and a man is to make judgments before I give people the opportunity to prove themselves. Damned if I did'nt do it again when I heard the name schiano as the Bucs new head coach. That is why I thank you for having humbled me once again and making me realize not to judge before I give people the oportunity to prove themselves. whether you like it or not you are the newest member on my mancrush list that includes Derick Brooks, John Lynch, Leroy Selmon, Warick Dunn, and Tony Dungy. As bucfans how do you feel about Schiano so far. Have any of you added him to your mancrush list yet?
