I know this may seem beaten to death, but I think there is a great deal of the Bucs Nation that feels like we got a poor consolation prize to Claiborne in Barron.
I felt disappointed also as I wanted a true SHUT DOWN corner, but with our team having Ron Cooper as our new DB's coach, who coached Morris last year, you'd have to think he had some say in this decision.
When you start putting things together about attitudes Shiano wants, the alleged Wonderlic score that MC didn't take seriously, I just wonder if Ron Coopers assessment of MC played any role in us going in another direction. We might not know as much as the front office does on MC.
