The third day of the draft starts in a few minutes, at noon ET. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers don't pick until the fifth round, though, and they're unlikely to pick up anything more than camp depth and special teamers at this point in the draft. The 2012 draft is relatively weak, but any late-round pick can still develop into a quality starter.
