I don't know that I saw both a trade down and a trade up happening for the Bucs in the first round, but that's exactly what Dominik did. He traded from #5 to #7 and got a 4th rounder in the process to move back. He also gave up a 2nd rounder and swapped 4th rounders to move from #36 to #31.
So what's the consensus on these trades? Do you think Dominik handled the trading process well?
