Hear me out a second.
The teams that are likely to trade picks with the Rams are : Browns, Redskins, Dolphins. I recently read an article stating that the Browns aren't looking to give up their second first-round pick (22). Which in theory would lead Miami and Washington left to bid for that # 2 pick. Let's say Miami gets Peyton and Washington gets Flynn or vice versa. All of a sudden the Browns are sitting pretty at 4 and 22 while the Rams have just lost 2 suitors for a draft pick.
I'm getting to a point, work with me.
Trents injury is going to hurt his stock. Out of the top 10? maybe. Out of the top 5? I believe so.
The draft to me based on what I said prior would be Luck (IND) Khalil (STL) Claiborne (MIN) Blackmon (CLE) Tampa ???
I mean Claiborne could go to STL or MIN or CLE for this purpose but I'm just wondering where do we go from there? I understand our draft needs will be determined what we do in FA but I don't see any player that would have a team jump up to the top 5 to get since Trent has this potential knee injury.
I'm just curious what direction the Bucs should go if for some reason we do not get Claiborne or find a suitor to take our pick.
I don't know just thought I'd spice up the draft talk a little that's all.
