Who would be open to the idea of signing him as a Buc? I believe we all can agree that we need a WR to stretch the field vertically. I know he comes with a lot of baggage but he did play well and behave when he was with Bellichick and maybe Schiano could work that same mojo?
I read an article on ESPN saying that he's willing to make his contract incentive laden, nothing guaranteed so what would we have left to lose to sign him? Granted he may not have anything left in the tank but if he does I think he would give us exactly what we need.
