Special teams coach

With almost all o f the pieces of the puzzle together in terms of coaches hired, two important positions remain. We still have a need at a QB coach and special teams. In this post I am addressing special teams since that can have a major impact, not to say QB coach wont nut our OC is skilled at both WR and QB. So our real need is a talented and experienced special teams coach. Many have expressed we should never have let go of our special teams coach as he was probably the best coach we had. However, we cleaned house either way and are in need of a new one. I couldn't find too much on whos available in terms of a contract standpoint as we may be blocked again. But here are a couple of names to throw around The first is Steve Cosby most noted for coaching the SD special teams when they had Darren Sproles. Key things ot considerm they had some of the best punt special teams in term sof blocking and suppression. On the flip side the had great blocking on returns also. The second name is Kevin Spencer who most notably had one of the best special temas in the league also in ARI, the hidden yardage game is where games can be changed for the betetr or worse, we really dont have a spectacular special temas current roster, but we arent bad either. With a good special teams coach we could have an added dimension of play not normally covered in posts.
