The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-signed guard/tackle Derek Hardman, while waiving guard Hayworth Hicks. Hayward has been with the team the past couple of seasons and has been signed and released repeatedly this season, while Hicks was signed this week - and apparently not up to the Bucs' standards.

And so the roster churn continues, as the Bucs bring in and remove low-level backups constantly in an effort to find the gems. It's a good strategy, and it has produced a few potential gems, most notably defensive end Aaron Morgan.
