Apparently Tyrann Mathieu is going to declare for the 2013 nfl draft. If you haven't heard this man has been kicked out of LSU for doing drugs and went to rehab but was arrested shortly after for the same thing. Now some people will think that Tyrann doesn't deserve a chance, but talent trumphs character in the NFL and he will be drafted.
So here is the plan
Draft corner back Johnthan Banks in the first.
Move up in the second and draft Free Safety Eric Reid.
Then draft corner back Tyrann Mathieu as low as possible.
Mathieu was a heisman finalist last year and has tons of talent, his off the field issues will hurt his draft stock, and will alow the Bucs to improve the talent on their awfull secondary.
