My brother and I were having a debate on the Talib trade a few days ago and I thought that it was a terrible trade even with Talib's character flaws and all. He said that Talib was garbage and that we didn't need him. I know Talib wasn't playing the best of Buc ball before the suspension, but I knew he needed time to gel in our new defensive schemes. When I first received the news of the trade I must admit I was a little distraught looking at our remaining CBs and depth. I believe that Talib is a talented CB and has shown up on occasion. His inconsistency must be worked on but I still felt he was the best CB we had.
Our pass defense has been unacceptable and I believe our defense cannot afford any mistakes to keep it close with a quality or elite offense. Would our defense be just as bad with Talib? I mean could we have kept and still used him instead of giving him up, and a 7th round pick for a 4th?
After Sunday's game and his debut with the Patriots, Talib managed a pick 6, 6 tackles and 2 assist. That was his first game, and I saw flashes of the good and bad Talib. What do you guys think? Please leave comments and Vote. This is my first Fan Post.

After Talib's less than spectacular debut with the Patriots, is anyone regretting the Talib trade?
"Glad he's gone!" Too many problems from that bum. (10 votes)
Fair Trade. We didn't need him. We'll look to the draft. (19 votes)

We needed him. Our CB core and depth stinks! (17 votes)
