So on December 9th me and my buddy will be going to the bucs vs eagles game for our birthdays. We were thinking of just getting some $30-40 tickets and moving down if there's open seats. Do they let you do this there or are you stuck in your seat for the whole game? Also, how good is the view from the seats towards the top? Never been to one so I'm trying to get everyone's opinions and tips and what i should do.
