The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may have to miss cornerback Eric Wright for four games this season, if Jay Glazer is to be believed. However, that same Jay Glazer now notes that that suspension could be weeks away while Eric Wright appeals his suspension (via JoeBucsFan). Supposedly, the Buccaneers coordinated the appeal with Aqib Talib's suspension so they wouldn't have to miss both cornerbacks in any games.

Unfortunately, a hamstring injury is keeping Eric Wright out of practice and may cause him to miss Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders. That will be the final game of Aqib Talib's suspension, so the Bucs should have at least one of the two quality cornerbacks available for every subsequent game. That will be pretty useful, as the Bucs face some impressive quarterbacks down the stretch: Philip Rivers, Matt Ryan (twice), Peyton Manning and Drew Brees are a few of the signal callers the Bucs will have to stop.

Of course, it's still possible that Eric Wright will actually succeed in appealing his suspension making all of this discussion a moot point.
