Haynesworth
Could rise to be a leader on this team but he’s gotta get himself together physically, I’ll take whatever veteran influence we can get and if he wants to try resurrecting his career in Tampa how much could it hurt us.

I cringe everytime I see Haynesworth and Leader in the same paragraph
Didn’t want him here to start with and don’t want him back. I’ll leave it at that.
Haynesworth? A leader?
He’s never been a leader in his life. Ever. I don’t get why everyone places so many hopes on the guy. He’s been a poor player for three straight seasons, and has never been good except when his money’s on the line
I'm just saying
He sounds like he wants to do some good for the team, Vet who’s been around for awhile on a team full of guys who haven’t been around for too long I mean why not?

In the interest of continuity, and potential when happy, I hope he stays on...
A return to form by Haynesworth makes our DL a monster for opposing OLs to deal with and he is worth as much to us as Quincy Black. Give him another year.

Agreed... leaves much to be desired
BUT a happy Haynesworth is a monster Haynesworth. A 4-3 team, and an entire off-season of conditioning, and I believe he can rag-doll people again.
Plus, I have this jersey…

Only if he resigns to a better deal. If he refuses, I'd rather see him try elsewhere.
Raheem was the DREAM that turned into a NIGHTMARE..
This search needs to be thorough.
If there’s anything that I’ve learned about the Glazers when it comes to coaching searches, it’s expect the unexpected. Ultimately, they need to pick the right guy now more than ever, because there are too many young pieces on this franchise that will ultimately determine how good this team can be and it starts with straightening out Josh Freeman. So Glazers, take your time, and it may not be the sexy well-known name that can ignite the fan base, but at the end of the day, it is wins that put fans in the seats.

A recipe for a potent domination
Martz as our oc y…because he started the greatest show turf he made the rams a good team offense guru imo…looked what he did with the bears off in one season and he only had one good play forte we have a better qb and wrs than the bears rb not yet but BLOUNT and Wilson/james would wreck havoc on a def wit him as a oc..
Hire spagnoulo as dc y…..cause he is a def genius he made that giants def and he he is a 4-3 def guy I believe which fits Tampa he would make our dline fierce prob better than the giants imo …..
Still wit me here finally
Hire fisher as our hc y….. he is a good discipline coach he can coach up the players that Martz and spagnoulo drafts and we will be set….oh and we would have 3to super bowl caliber coaches Martz and spagnoulo have a ring and fisher has been there we would be a dominate team with them as coaches……what y’all think let me hear the criticism lol…we got 50mil to spend spend what it takes to get these here and a couple fas and we’ll be in playoffs

But seriously
I don’t understand the running back thing. One of the problems with Martz in Chicago was he didn’t run the ball enough. And if he wasn’t running it with Matt Forte, he wont be inclined to runningthe it with Blount and whichever draft pick.

Martz without Warner and Faulk is just a step above Greg Olson IMO.
We don’t need him here.
Raheem was the DREAM that turned into a NIGHTMARE..
I would definitely prefer OC Josh McDaniel...
over Mike Martz, but either one is far superior to Greg Olson. McDaniels created a very good offense in Denver – so there is no debating his abilities. Made Kyle Orton look like a world-beater.

McDaniels got caught videotaping the 49ers
so basically he was great because he was videotaping all his opponents. The Pats coaching tree is filled with Frauds. Stay very far away from them or risk losing your 1st round draft pick.
