Here's a thought...

Growing up a die hard Buc's fan it's had it's ups and downs. I was never a big fan of Raheem Morris being our guy. He was a great guy and you can't help but like him as a person, but being the head coach was too much too soon for him. I admire his optimism and faith in his players but in being a leader you need to exemplify discipline early and that was his down fall. No one knows just yet who is going to be our new head coach but there is wide speculation we're targeting coordinators. One name that has yet to be brought up is Pete Carmichael, Jr. There's no doubt that he has had success, and Tampa has never had a high octane offense. With all the talk about going after Jerry Gray and MIke Mularkey. Why not take a look?

I'm all about going after experience and a big name, and I will support whomever they go with; but as long as we're looking... why not?
