Buccaneers eliminate Marty Schottenheimer, Mike Zimmer and Brad Childress as candidates
As the story of Greg Schiano continues to unfold, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have also eliminated other candidates from their list. According to Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune the Bucs have eliminated Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, former Vikings head coach Brad Childress and former Chargers head coach Marty Schottenheimer as potential hires. Along with an earlier report that the Bucs had eliminated Jerry Gray, that leaves just a handful of candidates for the Bucs if the Greg Schiano hire does not go through.
In addition to Schiano, the remaining candidates that we know of are former Green Bay head coach Mike Sherman, Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski and Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Tom Clements. If Greg Schiano is not hired, the Bucs could choose from that list of coaches - or they could pull yet another rabbit of their hat, as they have been so adapt at doing this offseason.

This schiano thing came out of left field. At least childress isn't a candidate.

We are eliminating everyone, what if Schiano changes his mind?
As you can always expect come from behind victory is when you least expect it.
Sherman seems like he's been cast aside at this point.
