A lot of people of the past few years have hounded Team Glazer for being cheap, I could see why they said this but never agreed with them. Team Glazer was paying John Gruden and Bruce Allen millions of dollars to not be apart of the Bucs anymore, that is not being cheap. I see what the Glazers have done as being smart business owners. Under the Gruden era we barley had any cap space, had one of the oldest teams in the league, and did not have a future at all for this team. When they hired Raheem and Dominick they went young, had two horrible seasons and one good season. You can not argue with the Glazers for not signing a ton of players last year, yes should they have signed one or two free agents, I think so. But they did not, they decided to roll with the same team that won them 10 games the year before. That did not work out, they ended up firing all the coaches and now have a very good job to offer a coach who knows what there doing. The Glazers have the ability to go after a coach who has had success in the past, and tell that coach, hey we have a ton of money to spend over the next few years, come coach the bucs, you already have a young franchise QB here and a solid core of offensive and defensive players. We will allow you to go out and get who you want as long as you make this team a contender. Some fans might think this will never happen, but after what I have heard from the Glazers and Dominick today, I surely believe that is what is going to happen. Only way we don't get big name players, is if they turn down coming to Tampa. With no state tax, a big name coach, and a lot of money being thrown at them, I don't believe many players with turn that down.
