Bad owners, don't spend money
Players who are quitters, plus freeman doesn’t look as attractive as he did in 2010

I don't think the attitude of the players hurts...
nearly as bad as the spending attitude of the owners. If their calculated plan, all along, was to “cheap out” until the new CBA was ratified and Grudens contract was paid off, they will have to explain that thoroughly to the HC candidates – because it looks very bad from the outside.
The players (many of them anyway) will come on board and the deadwood will be weeded out by the new staff. Doubt if they want any malcontent Rah fans lingering about. Many will be gone anyway because of their poor play and/or their terrible salary cap/value. Should be an exciting off-season unless the cheapness continues – then ugh.

The top FA I would like to see the Bucs go after
In no particular order
WR Vincent Jackson, TE Jermichael Finley, TE Martellus Bennett(Michael Bennett’s brother),
OG Carl Nicks, OG Ben Grubbs, LB Dan Connor, LB David Hawthorne, CB Brandon Carr,
CB Aaron Ross, and S Laron Landry
If the Bucs could sign 3 of these guys I think it would be a pretty good haul, and get rid of that stigma of the Glazers being cheap.
I'd add a few names to that
Finnegan, Tulloch, Bowe, Nicks, Landry would be my dream haul. Obviously that isn’t happening, but we need to try and plug some holes especially in the secondary.
We have enough $$ to make it happen...
but don’t want us to go all Daniel Snyder. Perhaps 3 or 4 select players THIS year, and 3 to 4 more NEXT year and we should be good. Got some deadwood to hack loose right now…

I don't see many people mentioning D'qwell Jackson
But I would absolutely love to see him in tampa.
We want the ball, and we're gonna score!
He is a beastly MLB...
and would be an awesome addition here. Him and 2 safetys (Landry or Goldson as FS, maybe Griffin at SS).
Maybe OT Demetrius Bell of BUF would be a good RT for us to pursue. He is their starting LT but could handle the RT position with ease. A good pass blocker but an excellent run blocker. Ben Grubbs or Carl Nicks at OG and we are set up front. Just 3 or 4 select F/As added as starters and we would be most of the way there – at least defensively.
