parker over spurlock?

Don’t know why they want parker returning, this has to be due to the fact spurlock will be are emergency qb, because parker has done nothing on returns!

This & the fact Spurlock is not stellar on punt returns,

which should be the bulk of the returns. Kick returns probably won’t play much of a factor given the new kickoff rule. Which is where Spurlock was best.
