The Bucs are a very young team as everyone knows and we need a couple of these young guys to step up and act like leaders, I'm talking about Geno Hayes and Quincy Black. With Tanard back this year and Talib not being suspended (at least not this season) should make for a decent secondary, not to mention Grimm played solid all of last year and in my opinion should start next to Tanard when he comes back. Sean Jones may not be a pro bowler S but provides good consistency in the passing game and at least we know what were getting out of him. The addition of Adrian Clayborn and Da'quan Bowers to the defensive line really put us over the top talent wise and while we may not see it right away this D-line is going to be vicious and a headache for opposing offenses for years to come. With that said that leaves the middle of the field and someone has to step up and claim it! Eventually i believe it will be Mason Foster, i believe he might be the awnser to what we were asking for at MLB and just needs time to develop but for the meantime Geno Hayes and Quincy Black need to make their presence felt. they are very young and talented but we didnt pick them up last year, they have been with us for a while and its time to either prove themselves or time for us to possibly start looking at other options. Black got a decent contract last year and that should be more than enough motivation while Geno has flashes to be a superstar on the field also lacks the most important thing, consistency. If these guys were to step up big time this year it could make Fosters job a lot easier, I am hoping to see a big contribution from these two this year.
