Bucs Tuesday Practice Notes - Luke Stocker working in pads again
Today was the final day of training camp for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That may sound a little odd, but it's not exactly significant. The Bucs will simply practice without it being a 'camp' from here on out. Here are the notes for today's practice:
- Cornerback Anthony Gaitor was working with Micheal Spurlock, Jock Sanders and Preston Parker on punt returns.
- Legarrette Blount wasn't practicing because he was 'under the weather'. He should be ready to play against the Patriots on Thursday.
- Mike Williams has turned into a vocal leader in the wide receiver group. For all the character concerns that Mike Williams had coming into the draft, it seems he's entirely focused on being the best player he can be.
- Luke Stocker was working in individual drills for the first time since the beginning of training camp, in full pads. He probably won't be ready for Thursday's game, but should make it to the final two games of the preseason.

I know its preseason...
But since I live in Boston (or as I like to call them, the worst fans known to man), I would love for the Bucs to win. At least I get to wear my cream-sickle Freeman Jersey all day.
If I could wear a bucs shirt with a noles hat for the rest of my life, by golly I would be the happiest man in the world.
I live in LA and i can completely agree
about your Boston Fan comment – they are the worst! A close second are the thugs the call themselves the Raider nation…
Still waiting for the day that the NFL comes back to LA...
You mean the USC/LA Dodgers/Raiders/"Laker fans who start riots".
Those are the worst in my opinion.
Also a SoCal Bucs fan. We are few and far between.

No, i don't agree with that.
While my disgust with Raider Fans stems mostly from seeing gangs around LA wear Raider jerseys (i suspect because of the colors/logo), i doubt many of them actually follow the football team. Besides, i seriously doubt the Raiders would sell as many jerseys if their colors were similar to say Miami or Seattle. Your statement about the people who “start riots” is completely false. Sports related riots are started in almost every city in the entire world, even in small college towns. Blame the riots on stupid people. There are plenty of those everywhere.

Because it is preseason, I don't care as much if they win
but I absoloutely don’t want to see a blow out like the Pats-Jags game.
Am I the only one surpised Price is even being looked at?
Btw Morris said he had his hamstrings removed to get to the injured pelvis, I’m one to think a little time would help than rushing him.. Even though Miller is claimin knee soreness, him and Okam should definately be able to lock the NT down.
Nasty pirate zombie.. Arrgg!
I'll trust in the medical team's knowledge of how to treat injuries, really
Morris said that the first hamstring took 9 months to heal, and the second is now seven months and progressing well, so they expect it to be 100% in a month.
Good fit or not..
Lendale White was released earlier today by the Bronco’s. Do you think he would be a good fit in Tampa? You know how Raheem and Mark like to go “big back hunting”.
Not really, he's pretty much useless other than Goal-line work
I focus on money my hands touch
If that right there don’t add up
I gotta let you know your math sucks
