The Colt's Owner, Jim Irsay, seems to be optimistic this is going to get done relatively quickly.

ESPN.com's latest power rankings have Greg Olson as the seventh best rising coaching assistant in the NFL. It wouldn't surprise me if Greg Olson was to leave for a head-coaching job in one or two years. Another interesting name on the list: Rich Bisaccia, the former Bucs special teams coach, now with the Chargers.
