For the 2012 season i would first like the Tampa Bay Bucs to stop starting so many rookies. Especially on defense. This trend is not working. Every year we draft a rookie and instantly put him in and let him learn as he goes. its not working. So if we draft a CB, or linebackers, please do not instantly start them. Let them learn first before you just throw them out there. Second we need more veterans on the team. We need a lot of veterans that are proven and still have something left in the tank. preferably as a 3rd down back, slot receiver, linebacker or cornerback. when our stars go down with an injury stop plugging these undrafted free agents that do should not be NFL starters to play and expected us to win. im tired of us depending on no name players to be the next man up. its not working and i dont want us as fans to go through another season like this again.
