DE Nick Reed signed by Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have added DE Nick Reed to their regular season roster. They had an open spot on the roster after putting LB Jacob Cutrera on injured reserve. Nick Reed was originally a seventh-round draft pick for the Seattle Seahawks in 2009, and played seven games with the Chicago Bears this season before being cut. He has one sack in 23 total games and is mostly a special teamer.
One interesting note: when the Bucs played the Chicago Bears in London, I noticed Nick Reed dropping into coverage on zone blitzes a lot.
In addition, the Bucs signed DT Lamar Divens, T Mike Ingersoll and FB Austin Sylvester to the practice squad. Neither Ingersoll nor Sylvester has ever been active for a game in the NFL, but Lamar Divens has played in five games with the Baltimore Ravens: two in 2010, three in 2008. He is listed as a nose tackle on NFL.com.

We will win out just because of this move.
Well maybe not, but I’m just trying to think positive.
So much for the Bucs lowering ticket prices, mine went up AGAIN!!!!
If these roster moves don't salvage the season then nothing will!

Agreed... Faine is fragile and overpaid for 8 healthy games
and Trueblood, well… he is a mauler run blocker with feet of stone as a pass blocker. Have to roll a TE over there so often it messes up the offense by taking away a target from Freeman.
Not that he could hit him with the pass this year anyway – he is the Steve Sax of QBs.

Yeah... we need a RT to replace Suckblood
he is a liability and a back-up level player. We have a lot of those.
