Let's Talk About Big Name Re-Treads

Okay I admit it I'm bored so I typed this up to start some friendly conversation, or some heated debate whichever, it doesn't really matter. Lots of talk about Andy Reid getting fired, before I go any further let me say, I hate Andy Reid, always have, always will, but I felt like his name should be included. Next up I would like to also add, I am against any big name re-tread, be it Cowher,Fischer, or Reid. I already threw my pick out there, Mike Leach, don't know if he would even be available, but I do know that he loves pirates! I know, I know, it's probably too early to talk about replacing Raheem, but a guy can dream can't he? So everybody what have you got to say?

Cowher being a 3-4 only guy has been talked to death, Reid's not going anywhere

Fisher is an interesting prospect though. Thing is though, despite the degree of fan angst, I really don’t see the Glaziers replacing Morris until after the 2012 season, and then, only if he bombs again.

Now if you want to talk in terms of personnel for the OC and DC positions, if we’re looking at staffing them after this season grinds to a merciful halt, I’ve got lots of ideas. First choice for an OC, if he gets canned from his current gig, would be Norv Turner. If Turner stays put, Todd Monken would be an intriguing prospect. First choice for a DC would be Brick Haley.

It seems like Reid could be on his way out if you check out Bleeding Green Nation

I don’t like Reid either, and I think he’d be a bad fit for the Bucs, but I think he’s delivered enough success in Philly that they’d be stupid to can him after one bad season.
