Was this a wake up call?

Through the first four week we've  been basically coasting.  Winning games without really  winning games.  Did we need this to wake the team up? Did we need this to wake Freeman up?  Did we need this to wake the defense up? Or the coaching staff up?

Through the first four games, we've won,but haven't really done much to win the game.  A blowout loss may force the team to look more closely at what's going on and make corrections.  This may be just what we needed before the Saints game.  A beat down to show how we're failing in obvious areas.  A need to evaluate film and make corrections.  This could be just what we needed heading into a tough stretch.  A reason to look inside and see where we need to adjust.  Just a thought.
