In the 2010 draft Josh picked a 5th round rated QB in the 1st round named Tim Tebow. Tebow has showed in his first preseason game that he is still behind the 8 ball as far as mechanics goes. He still has the same problems that caused him to look like a freshman QB in the Senior Bowl. It is best that Josh and Tebow accept the fact that Tebow is not a NFL QB. Alex Smith who ran the same offense as Tebow under Urban Meyer, was more polished than Tebow coming out of college and that is not a good thing. He did show toughness as he was calm in the pocket, but that gets you but so far in the NFL look at Byron Leftwich. The mistakes just continues with Josh, he basically traded Cutler for Tebow which was a mistake, and Marshall for Thomas which was another mistake.
