The title says it all, Mr. John McKay will be the second member in the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's Ring of Honor, following the induction of Lee Roy Selmon last year.  The ceremony will take place during the December 5th home game against the Atlanta Falcons.  The Bucs will wear their throwback jerseys to commemorate the event.  Rich McKay, former general manager of the Bucs will be on hand and on the field during the ceremony to take part in the introduction. 

McKay was the Bucs first head coach and remained in that position for nine years.  He was the coach during the 1979 NFC Championship run (though they did not win).  Welcome to the Ring John.
