If you happen to recognize today as a religious holiday, then Happy Easter.  If you don't celebrate Easter, but like baseball, then Happy Opening Day.  If you don't celebrate Easter and you don't like baseball, then Happy Sunday (weekend).  If you don't celebrate or participate in any of the above, then Happy April 4th.
