I know this will not be new to them Noles fans but Preston Parker is a playmaker . Don't knock him because he was an undrafted free agent , John Randel was undrafted and he went to the Hall OF Fame . What is Parker knock is I could not tell you , what not to like about him will be hard to find , the only 1 I can put my finger on is his hands but many can question TO hands . IT could be cause he clocked in a 4.5 forty that does not always tell the story considering , Vernon Davis ran a 4.3 forty which is higher than Deshawn Jackson 4.4. forty but we all know who is faster . He has some off field issues in the past , to the point where FSU dismissed him from the team , but as of today he is a changed man 

Parker is a poor mans Percy Harvin , I say a poor man cause he is not as fast , or as explosive but thats not all that bad comparing him to Harvin . This guy might be more tough than Harvin I can tell you that and ,  he will make sure who ever get the top 4 wideout spots will earn their job . His off field troubles that might be the reason he was not drafted . If Parker don't let his off field issues effect him on the field then he has the potential to be the Bucs best playmaker . 

He was used all over the field at FSU , slot , split , backfield , punt and kick return . He is 1 of those guys you just got to get the ball to , needless to say we don't have a player like that on our team , and no rookie we drafted fits that description . Parker is good enough to come in right away and challenge for the return spot , he can be as good as Antwaan Randle El at that position . 

Coming in Preston will be a project as far as route running goes , his hands can improve a little to . But everyone coming in to this weekend mini camp has something to prove based on the potential they showed in college , even Mccoy has to come out and give the coaches and fans a taste of what he can do . My question to you Buc Nation is this , is  Preston Parkers potential and ability worth a spot and playing time on this Tampa roster ? Will he be as good as a undrafted free agent wideout Rod Smith or will he be in and out like Charles Rogers ?
