Around SBN: Stan Van Gundy Fired As Head Coach Of The Magic

TB BUC'S 2010 NFL MOCK 2ND & 3 ROUND

35TH PICK : S taylor mays usc

NOTE : he is the second coming of john lynch he's not a cover safety but he demands respect from his hitting ability lynch couldnt cover but he did a great job because tampa two only asks there safety's to stay over top in mays is way faster then lynch so he could form to be better because of raheem being there to coach him up i say we take him pure value & need pick .

42ND PICK : DE carlos dunlap uf

NOTE : he have minor off the field issues but so did simeon rice but i think you put him in a locker room with mccoy , miller , moore , white  , and crowder he will flourish in mature around those good character guys we already know he is stout against the run & a slap stud pass rushing him in mccoy would grow in benifit from each other .

67TH PICK : WR carlton mitchell usf

NOTE : big  , fast , & upside  i think he could be special 6'3 215 4.3 speed

2A: Golden Tate
2B: Everson Griffin
3rd: Mardy Gilyard

Keep in mind…we really, really suck at wide receiver.

If We can get Tate or Williams in the Second, and Gilyard is there in the Third

Then YES for Gilyard. He’s Mah Boy! You’re MAH BOY BLUE!

WR higher need than S right now

So whichever WR at the 35th spot that can get downfield – I hate to say it but that’s Tate, given his lack of height – would be the need there. Maybe Damian Williams.

The next pick at 42 (or 44, I keep forgetting) should go either CB or DE. Our Safety need was taken care of with FA signing of Sean Jones. Problem there is, will a decent DE – perhaps Everson Griffen – be there? BTW, not a huge fan of Carlos Dunlap here, so I don’t want to see Dunlap here (or anywhere at the moment). For DE, would Ricky Sapp make sense as a Second Rounder? As for CBs, who’s left on the board that would warrant a pick…?

I see Golden Tate going to the Rams at #33. Vikings at #34 can take Jimmy Clausen. I also can see the Vikings-Bills swap places with Vikings also getting Marshawn Lynch and the Bills taking Clausen.

2a. Everson Griffen or Carlos Dunlap
2b. Taylor Mays or Nate Allen
3. Mardy Gilyard or Jordan Shipley
