# 5 is he the man

Josh Freeman he is something that we as a Buc nation has never had our own homegrown QB . To me it feels good already  I mean he has all the intangibles . A good comparison would be Big Ben , they are both big , both can move on their feet although I think Josh is a little more athletic , and both have strong arms that can make just about any throw . The strength that Big Ben has  of course the experience thing along with two super bowls but it's not to say Josh cant get those things . What Josh hast though is the ability to get the ball out quicker, that has been BigBen knock since he's been in college . Now back to Josh what has been said about his development is all good things working on his mechanics , leadership making all the workouts you know one of those first to come last to leave kind of deals , and also looking at tape to correct his mistakes . In respect to our franchise Quarterback here are 5 reason I think he is the man .

Reason1. Because of what he already has . The body 6'6 250 ,the strong arm ,he has good accuracy but not great or spectacular , and the athletic ability . If you were to ask QBs around the league what are they want to add to their ability as a  QB, what Josh has will be listed . What QB would not want to be 6'6 250 strong arm and fast . He was born a leader ,what leadership skills he has now has not changed over 1 year he came in the league with those skills . All that is listed in reason1 is vital for Josh and his development

Reason2. The team is committed to him . Yea while other teams should be committed to their QB Josh is one of Tampas priority look at Matt Cassel , Jason Campbell , Jay Cutler , the list can go on these guys have been around franchises that has not made them the priority ending in bad results Cassels has yet to be proven . Talk to Tampas coaches and GMs our main concerns as far as improving the team is a, pass rush, and building around Josh .

Reason3. Weapons are in place . Yea I know a lot would not agree with that but think about this .With Kellen Winslow ,Reggie Brown , Cadillac ,Sammie Stroughter , Jeff FaineDavin Joseph , Jeremy Zuttah , Maurice Stovall, Graham and Ward, Tampa don't need a TE , possession receivers , running backs, or blockers . No when you talk about what the offense need you say a speed guy who can stretch the field . So yea weapons are in place , after the draft we will see the big picture . Once training camp starts Josh will cause a lot of Buzz , there will be no QB competition and he will be throwing the ball all over the place .

Reason4. Greg Olson . That is reason 4 if you don't know about this guy then do your homework wonder why we got so pass happy last year its cause this guy likes to push the ball down the field . If you take my advice and see what Olson is all about then you will see how his system is effective . He is key to Freeman's development helping his mechanics , learning under center , and his decision making . It is important for these guys to have the farther son type relationship so that they trust each other to make the right decision for the team .

Reason5. He has self confidence . This is important, for if you don't have this trait and all the talent in the world you still wont succeed maybe in the UFL or XFL but not the NFL. Look at this guy seriously and you will see it . The interceptions he threw could have hurt his confidence but it didn't ,what it did was give him one of those you have to lose in order to win type attitudes . He is confident enough to know that he is better than those ints he threw and , smart enough to look over film so he wont make those mistakes again .

A lot of people think that Raheem and some of our front office people will not be around after 2011 but # 5 aint going no where.Tell me Buc nation is # 5 our man, if not then why, also what points on Josh did I miss ,and what points did you like
