I think it is fair to say that Tampa has not been real aggressive in making trades or signing big time players . One thing you can say is that Tampa has been aggressive on building on what they already have . First the players have to be happy no big changes have been made to offset Tampas scheme on Offense or Defense . Our special teams unit which is our best unit , lost two key players in Will Allen and Matt Mccoy , but has been replaced with Jon Alston and Sabby Piscitelli who probably will go into Will Allen's role with the addition of Sean Jones . I don't know about you Buc fans, but I'd rather have Jon Alston and Sean Jones rather than Will Allen and Matt Mccoy . Josh Freeman now has a new weapon in Reggie Brown who has nice hands and good speed. Not great speed, but good speed , but most of all he is one of those high character players that RAHEEM (Edited) Morris talks about which should show you how consistent the Bucs are on doing what they say .
Yea the list of free agents is short but being aggressive in the offseason does not guarant ee a playoff berth; look at Washington last year and the Jets the year before that . What Tampa has done with their free agent pick ups is clear up some questions on offense and defense so they would not have to answer those questions during the draft . When every thing comes together, Tampa will have a good enough team to Go from worst to first like everyone does in the NFC south
