Ruud tells Tampa Tribune he is frustrated by his RFA tender, but will still participate in OTAs this season.
Ruud, who missed all OTAs last season in an attempt to garner a contract extension, has announced that he will participate in every one this year. Probably a good idea because the general consensus amongst fans is that Ruud needs to step his game up, despite the fact that he finished tied for 2nd (alongside Patrick Wilis) in total tackles throughout the NFL. Ruud went on to say that he did not regret holding out last year, and he is hoping for Tampa to land one of the two premier defensive tackles with the #3 overall pick.
