A beautiful day in San Francisco...

This is my first post here on Buc' Em but i wanted to share this photo that i took this past Sunday in San Francisco (sorry for the late post but i was figuring out how to use photobucket).  On the drive up from LA i have to admit that i was a little bit worried about this game... I was worried because the weather report said it would be pouring all weekend long in San Francisco (it certainly was on Saturday).  As you all know, when it rains, teams tend to pass the ball less and run the ball more because it's obviously harder to pass AND catch a wet, slippery ball.  That would have meant that San Francisco would have received help in neutralizing Freeman and be able to concentrate on stopping the run...

I'm glad the weather report was wrong!  It ended up being a beautiful day in San Francisco - Not only was Freeman able to pass the ball well (65% completion rate), but our running game gashed the Niners for 162 total yards.  I believe this is the photo of Tampa's first scoring drive - I'm not really sure.

Either way, it was an excellent time for me to catch my first Buccaneers game!  I know some people have said that this was a boring game but in my opinion, this game was anything but.  The first half reminded me of the old Tampa 2 days with low scoring/defensive games.  I was ecstatic when i heard from the stadium's announcer that McCoy had gotten his first sack (I later found out that he was only credited with a half sack on that play).  Overall, it was a great game to be a part of and i cant wait to travel to Tampa Bay next year for my next one.  Go BUCS!
