Its real simple what u need to win in this league . A solid running game with a balance attack , a defense that can handle speed and power , and a strong special teams. Tampa has 1 the special teams . A few years ago they had strong D but that was it (Tampa Bay Buccaneers stats). Michael Strahan who won a Superbowl in 2007 against a undefeated team said , that the giants beat the Bucs because they were not afraid of the Bucs . I felt strong about my team going into that game and they could have won it was just at that point that I knew this team lost they swag . Gruden knew how to win games but at the same time lost some of Tampas high character players in doing so lost The BucBall identity. Raheem has been around the core of guys that won the Superbowl in 02 , some of that BucBall became apart oh him u can see it in his coaching u can see it in his motivation u can see it in his relationship with his players . This is true cause u can see it in Mike Tomlin in Pittsburgh and Mr. Eric Berry has been playing a little BucBall in Tennessee heck even Troy Polamaula got a little taste of BucBall as he said "when Pete Carroll came to USC he put in the exact same defense that Lynch played in while at Tampa" thats why Troy has looked good in any Tampa 2 his head coach will use. You  haft to be a high character guy who can handle adversity like a sponge guys that are together as a team all with one goal on the mind, I am proud to say that we are getting back to that .But in  order to get back to 2002 BucBall we as a Buc nation have to think outside of the box thats fans , players, and management. The Bucs Drafted Warren in the 1995 draft but they were agressive trading to get Derrick Brooks which  they will have to do this year in the draft simply cause the bucs have some talent to draft from  that will translate to instant success on D for the Bucs (see my FanPosts The new Sapp,Brooks,&Lynch).
