Dear Glazer family,

If I were Mark Dominik here is my plan to get us back to the playoffS ASAP

I say we take Eric Berry with our 3rd draft pick. Trade our second and a player to be named for Brandon Marshall and take Terrance Cody with our other second round pick. I think this gives major improvements on both sides of the ball. Giving us almost surefire talent that we dont have to worry about developing except for Terrance Cody possibly. Use the rest of the draft picks on depth especially at corner and wide reciever.

I understand there may be concerns about Terrance Cody but he is to big not to be effective when paired with Roy Miller. We might have just found the four man pass rush we have been looking for. We get the #1 receiver that J-Free desperately needs and we get the mega playmaker Eric Berry to sure up our defense.

This way we can put Ronde at the opposite corner spot (i know your wondering how much longer he can do this)

Put Eric Berry at the other safety spot with Tenard Jackson.

Move Elbert Mack to the nickel. Where he seems most suited if you ask me.

Put Chris Hovan on the bench as part of a semi rotation.

And whallaaaa...... the defense is fixed.

Give the offense a shot at continuity with Greg Olsen at the offensive coordinator, give the offensive line 1 scheme to learn, and some true talent on the outside with Sammie Stroughter pulling up the rear as he continues to learn.

And I think my idea just put us back in the Playoffs.

Now all you have to do is pay me half of what you are paying Mark Dominik and we can call it even after we get to the Superbowl.

This isnt to serious just an idea to get us the best collection of talent for next years squad.

I know Im gonna hear about B.Marshalls attitude problem Terrance Cody of Alabamas weight. But its just a shot in the dark.

Let me know what you guys think
