Courtesy of Pewterreport.com and Profootballtalk.com, Rah will be back for another year. Here's the link:
I am not sure if how accurate this report is, but I follow both sites regularly and am pretty confident to say Coach Morris gets another shot. This move makes the most sense for the Glazers. If we fire Morris, then the Bucs will be paying for 3 coaches contracts (Gruden, Morris, presumably Cowher). Gruden is due 5 million and Cowher will command 8-10 million. Cowher is worth it, but it would still take 2-3 years at least to get a playoff team together. Plus report is he decided "stay retired". In other words he just wants to wait another year until the Bucs are really in shambles and coach us then.
Off topic but since it appears Raheem stays, any possibility we get Lovie Smith back as DC if he gets canned from Chicago? That would be sweet. What about Basachia? Does he stay or leave? Who helps Greg Olsen with the O?
