Q & A with Seahawk fans

What's up, Buc 'Em readers?  I'm a member of Field Gulls, SBNation's excellent blog on the Seattle Seahawks.  A few of your guys were kind enough to start up a Q & A over there in anticipation of this weekend's matchup and I'm here to return the favor.  Anything you want to know about this week's foe?  Well then, meet me after the jump.

Hey, glad you could make it.  Let's talk some football!

The Seahawks have been rough on us fans this season.  We came into the year with high hopes and started out with a dominating win over division rival St. Louis.  Things went downhill from there, but not steadily or rapidly enough to keep optimism from creeping back every so often.  That optimism has been dashed time and again (most recently this past weekend when we were totally dismantled by Houston), and even the most hopeful of us are coming to grips with the fact that our team is in a serious rebuilding phase.  The Seahawks parted ways with GM Tim Ruskell and rumors about who will replace him are rampant.  Of more immediate concern, though, is our match with you this weekend.  Thankfully for us it's a home game; we've been atrocious on the road and the team will surely be glad to return to our stadium (possibly the league's loudest).  Hopes of the postseason may be long gone, but the fans will still be out in force.

Feel free to ask questions; I'll do my best to answer, as will other FG members.  Here's to a good game this weekend!
