QB                     PTR

Jeff Garcia - S       2

Brian Griese - PB    4

Luke McCown - PB 4

Summary:  Garcia had an efficient, but unspectacular season, posting 13 TDs with just 4 INTs.  He can be a reliable second QB option and will likely be drafted in the 16 - 24 range among QBs.  Griese and McCown will battle for the backup job and both are capable of stepping in effectively.
